Hike between moors, sand, and water

The tour begins near Nusser Church (a beautiful ensemble with a rectory and parish garden). From the sandy path towards Kühsen, you can see Hellmoor and the Diekbek lowlands with their pools and ponds (a nursery for amphibians, insects, and birds in spring). At the Hude, the route continues along the Elbe-Lübeck Canal, past the historic Donnerschleuse lock to the sandy area in Hammer.

The path leads through the nature reserve with its diverse flora to the viewing platform at the Pantener Moorweiher pond. Parallel to the Steinautal valley, you hike back to Nusse.
