13 km hiking tour through the north of Mölln.
The "Blaue Till-Schuh"  marks the approximately 13 km long route from the historic market square - Waldhof on Herrenland - Alter Frachtweg - Hotel Schwanenhof - Kurpark Mölln back to the historic market square. About half of the tour takes place in the beautiful forest landscape surrounding Mölln.

Mölln – Waldhof – Alter Frachtweg – Hotel Schwanenhof – Mölln spa gardens

From the train station, cross at the traffic lights and walk about 100 m along the main road to the left. Now take a narrow path to Herrenschlag street. At the end of the street, you will come to the new town hall. Walk past the town hall on the left, then take the next path on the right to the municipal library. Cross Gudower Weg. You will see the Möllner Welle family pool on the left and walk left across the grounds of the Quellenhof.

Pass the “Parkhotel” retirement and nursing home to reach the former water tower, turn right onto the small path and you will come to a road. Turn left here and you will enter the forest above a park. You will come to the Hermannsquelle spring and from here to Villenstraße.

Turn left into a cul-de-sac and cross a bridge. There, turn left along some carp ponds and then right again. Shortly after a weather shelter on the left, turn left into a sunken path that leads uphill through the forest. At the edge of the forest, you will come to a hiking trail. Walk between the fields until you reach the track. Here, turn right at the weather shelter and follow the path to the signpost.

Then turn left to the edge of the forest, pass the barrier, and after 100 m turn right to the crossroads, then left. At the signpost, turn right across the parking lot and cross the main road.

Now take the second path on the right to the parking lot, then through the forest to the DLRG guard building. If you remain very quiet, you may be lucky enough to see one of the owls that regularly nest in the chimney.

Now turn left down to the bathing area, walk along the bathing area on the right, through a wetland biotope, and when you have walked halfway around the lake, take a hiking trail that leads uphill to the right.

After this mountain section, you will return to a forest path. Walk to the end of the path and turn right onto the Old Freight Road. At a bend, leave the Old Freight Road again and turn left onto the forest path.

Follow this path to the third crossroads, turn left there and then right again. Follow this path to the end, where you will come to a forest road with a weather shelter, and turn right there. At the end of the Don Bosco House on the left-hand side of the path, turn left onto a hiking trail.

A staircase takes you into a beech forest and then to the allotments in Schmilauer Grund. Behind the allotments, cross Sterleyer Straße, turn right until you reach the entrance to the Hotel Schwanenhof, walk past the hotel to the mill race, then turn right along the mill race to the mill pond.

Here, keep to the right and follow the mill race to the main road. Cross the main road and walk up Marktstraße to the church. There you will find the Eulenspiegel Museum, the historic town hall with museum and tourist information, St. Nicholas' Church, and the Eulenspiegel fountain. Now walk straight across the market square and follow the main road to your destination, Mölln train station.
