We work where others go on vacation! Our estate is located directly on the Schaalsee. Here you can easily spend your break in the countryside or by the water. In summer, we enjoy the beautiful sunsets that you can admire from our lakeside terrace. Our young and dynamic team is looking for nature-loving talents with a host gene!

In 2000, our Groß Zecher estate was largely restructured from a purely agricultural operation into a hospitality business. 80 people can be accommodated in the restaurant and café in the historic stables. On the lakeside terrace 100 guests can find a place in the sun or shade. Our vacation homes, apartments and rooms offer over 90 beds.

In spring 2020, we opened our SEEminarhaus with ten double rooms, a seminar room and conservatory in the listed half-timbered house. Our proximity to Hamburg brings us many weekend short break guests who enjoy our homemade cakes and regional specialties from the forest and lake with the picturesque view of the Schaalsee.

Our trainees attend the Mölln Vocational Training Center.

We have a fully furnished staff apartment for two people in the village of Groß Zecher, which is within walking distance of the estate. This can either be used permanently or as an interim stay at weekends or on working days.

We provide support in finding accommodation on site or enable short-term accommodation on the company premises in our staff shared flat.
