The approx. 270 pitches are open all year round and are equipped with electricity, water and waste water at the individual pitches. The site has facilities for the disabled. There is a gray water and chemical toilet disposal system for short-stay campers and vacation guests. For groups we have a meadow or grass area on the lakeshore. The pitches for short-stay campers are all located close to the shore with a view of the lake.

Throughout the year we offer a number of entertaining activities, starting with the Easter bonfire, dance events, summer festival, children's party, etc.

The metropolis of Hamburg is a stone's throw away at about 50km, easily accessible via a nearby train connection (NVV Hamburg). To Lübeck approx. 80km and Lüneburg approx. 35km.

In the heart of the campsite there is the "Forellensee", which offers itself to anglers and at appropriate temperatures to bathers and swimmers with very good bathing water quality.
