Welcome to the Zum Pferdestall restaurant in Basthorst. Make yourself comfortable in the historic stables of the former horse stable or end the day in our idyllic rose garden right by the courtyard pond.

We are committed to regional and seasonal cuisine: fresh game from our own hunt, delicious fish fillets from local waters, tomatoes and herbs from our own greenhouse, asparagus from the region, and potatoes from Basthorst fields. We are happy to serve our own light Basthorst Gutshof beer. Our wines are exquisite and diverse, as are our spirits: the Basthorst-based distillery ‘Feingeisterei’ makes a visit to the Pferdestall restaurant an extraordinary pleasure.
