BS Lauenburg

Built in 1936, the survey ship was once a workhorse of the Waterways and Shipping Administration: it was used for official reconnaissance and traffic monitoring on federal waterways. After being decommissioned, it was purchased at auction by a local shipping enthusiast, technically modernized and preserved with its original charm.

There is a stylishly furnished conference area on board with modern equipment such as a projector - ideal for meetings, presentations or small seminars. In fine weather, the open upper deck offers a unique setting for relaxed discussions in Neptune's realm, with a view over the banks of the Elbe in Lauenburg.
