On this bike tour, participants in your group will explore remnants and vegetation traces of the former border with a trained city guide at 10 to 12 stations. They will learn stories and personal fates from the time of Germany’s division. One station is the Grenzhus in Schlagsdorf, where a visit to the museum and the outdoor area is possible (entrance fee and guided tour can be booked and paid for individually, if desired – www.grenzhus.de). Reconstructed original GDR border fences can also be viewed. The Café Grenzstein, located at the museum, offers the opportunity for a snack (at your own expense).
