Eiscafé Bruhn

We are the Bruhn family, whose energy and name stand for quality and customer satisfaction. Our roots lie in the classic sale of homemade ice cream. For over 40 years, our family and employees have been producing ice cream, cakes, pastries, and ice cream cakes. These delights have been offered for sale for three generations at our Eiscafé Bruhn in the cathedral town of Ratzeburg. During the season, our ice cream, cakes, and pastries are freshly made daily in our artisan production facility.

From this work, the idea of a manufactory for our Ratzeburg Cathedral specialties was born and officially launched in 2006. In 2019, we expanded our manufactory with an in-house coffee roastery. Our goal is to offer customers all products from our own production, and the addition of the roastery was an important step in this direction. Last year, we legally registered the name “Ratzeburger Domspezialitäten” as a trademark.

We source our raw coffee directly from Hamburg’s Speicherstadt, ensuring maximum transparency regarding the quality and origin of our coffee beans.
