The island town of Ratzeburg is closely associated with rowing. Hardly any other place has shaped this tradition as visibly as the town's special location in the middle of the lake landscape.
The sleek, yellow rowing boats are part of the cityscape. They circle the picturesque island town time and time again. It was Karl Adam who established and revolutionized rowing in Ratzeburg. The city guide will provide you with exciting background information at historic locations on this tour.
