DRK Blutspende

Blood donation campaigns are held at regular intervals in the Mosaik banquet hall. After donating blood, you can enjoy a warm snack in the Mosaik restaurant. You will be looked after by the DRK local association.

Information before donating blood
1) All healthy people aged 18 and over can donate blood.
2. you must feel healthy and fit on the day of the donation (medical questions can be clarified with the doctor on site)
3. please bring a valid identity card.
4. an interval of at least 56 days must be observed between two blood donations.
5. please drink enough (at least 1.5 liters and alcohol-free before donating blood)
6. please eat sufficiently before donating blood (at least approx. 2 hours before).
7. minimum body weight 50 kg
8. tattoos and piercings must be at least 4 months old.
